you can post an “intra-line” question or “chat” about experiences other people

CAN MY APPLIANCE BE REPAIRED IF IT IS UNDER WARRANTY? If you are under factory warranty (usually one year) you should call the manufacturer (for example: GE, Samsung, Asko, Fisher & Paykel) to make sure that company is recommended to provide warranty repairs on your appliance. Or, call the company directly and ask if they provide warranty service on your LG washer or your Wolf oven.

MY APPOINTMENT IS SCHEDULED, WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT? You should expect your technician to arrive in a vehicle that is relevant to the company. Beware of anyone showing up in a car or personal vehicle.
